PRINTS ON PAPER
Prints on paper are reproduced using the highest quality pigment based, fade resistant inks printed onto paper. The paper is also archival, acid free, 100 lb. or 120 lb. heavy stock manufactured for fine art printing. All prints are signed and numbered (s/n) limited editions.
HAND ENHANCED PRINTS ON CANVAS
Prints on canvas are reproduced using similar fade resistant pigment based inks printed onto canvas. Since the canvas is absorbent, the surface absorbs more ink than paper; therefore, the color is brighter and deeper.
The canvas is then stretched onto wooden bars which is permanent.
Randy then hand enhances the canvas prints using the same oil paints, brushes and techniques he uses for his original paintings. He enhances the entire image adding color, atmospheric effects and, most importantly, textural brush work. For example, he creates rippling textures on water and vertical brush strokes for grasses. The texture literally adds a third dimension to the art.
With this degree of extensive hand work, each piece comes out unique, truly one of a kind, adding to the collectable aspect of the print on canvas.
Finally a protective coat of varnish is applied. The finished piece is then framed without glass since the canvas print is durable and can withstand the elements to be enjoyed for generations.
All prints are signed and numbered (s/n) limited editions, most as low as only 75 prints.
Layaway terms are offered with a minimum of 10% down and 10% per month.
